Subject

What is sold is a licence to use the UniFi Talk Softphone for the term you choose.

Term and cancellation

The monthly and yearly licences renew until cancelled. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The lifetime licence has no term and does not renew.

Transfer

The licence key belongs to the account of the buyer and must not be passed on or published.

Warranty

The software is provided as it currently stands. No functionality beyond what this site describes is promised.
